PulseBridge is available on the App Store and Google Play — download it like any other app. You can also use it in any browser on your phone or computer.
For Google, use the account that has owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile. For Trustpilot, connect with your Trustpilot Business account credentials. If you manage multiple locations, you can select which profiles to connect.
AI suggests three response options in different tones. You choose which one to use, edit it however you like, or write your own from scratch. Nothing gets posted to Google without you tapping "Post." You're always in control.
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for $19.99 AUD/month. Your existing replies and review history are never deleted. You can still view reviews — you just can't generate new AI suggestions until the next month or until you upgrade.
