The App uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses to customer reviews. This involves processing review content and your business context, and generating draft responses based on your preferences.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

PulseBridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the App's user interface. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with prior notice to users.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the App.
