Thank you for using Pulse Bridge ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App, which allows you to connect your Google Business Profile and generate AI-assisted responses to customer reviews.

Pulse Bridge is operated by PureSlate Pty Ltd (ABN 51 678 628 638) ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

• Your name, email address, and account details when you sign up
• Authentication credentials via Google OAuth (we do not see or store your password)
• Any content you input, such as custom instructions, tone preferences, a contact phone number for replies, or edits to AI-generated responses

b. Information from Google Business Profile

When you connect your Google Business account, we may access:

• Business profile information (e.g., business name, location)
• Customer reviews and ratings
• Your responses to reviews

We only access data necessary to provide the App's functionality.

c. Subscription and Payment Information

Paid subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your card details. We receive limited subscription information (such as your subscription tier, status, and renewal date) through our subscription management provider so we can unlock the features you have paid for.

d. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (e.g., device type, operating system)
• A push notification token for your device, if you enable notifications, so we can alert you to new reviews
• Usage data (e.g., features used, time spent)
• Log data (e.g., IP address, access times)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the App's core features
• Generate AI-assisted responses to customer reviews
• Send you push notifications about new reviews (if enabled)
• Manage your subscription and free-tier usage
• Improve and personalise user experience
• Monitor and analyse usage trends
• Ensure security and prevent misuse
• Communicate with you about updates or support

3. AI Processing

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses to customer reviews. This involves sending review content and your business context (such as your business name and reply preferences) to our AI service provider to generate draft responses.

We do not use your data to train AI models unless explicitly stated and consented to. Any AI processing is performed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Pulse Bridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the App's user interface. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with prior notice to users.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the App.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics)
• AI service providers to generate review responses (review text is processed; your personal details are not shared beyond what is necessary)
• Subscription and payment providers (Apple, Google Play, and our subscription management provider) to process purchases and manage your plan
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). This removes your account, connected businesses, reviews, reply history, and preferences immediately. If you're unable to access the App, you may instead request deletion by contacting us at support@getpulsebridge.com.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure storage practices. When you sign out, your session token is revoked on our servers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Disconnect your Google account from the App
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Business Profile via official Google APIs. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Purchases are subject to the terms and privacy policies of Apple or Google Play.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by law, including the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
