Welcome to Pulse Bridge ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Pulse Bridge allows users to connect their Google account and use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting and posting replies to reviews on supported platforms.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You remain fully responsible for all content you publish.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:
You have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms
Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Google Account Integration
To use certain features, you must connect your Google account. By doing so, you:
Authorise us to access certain account data as permitted by Google's APIs
Agree to comply with Google's applicable terms and policies
Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google
We only access and use data necessary to provide the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Free Tier and Billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions:
Free tier: you can connect your business, receive review alerts, and generate AI reply suggestions. Posting replies is limited to a set number of successfully posted replies, shown in the App.
Paid subscriptions: monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions priced per number of connected businesses. The price for your plan is shown before you purchase.
Billing: subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly and never see your card details.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
Plan coverage: your subscription tier determines how many of your connected businesses are covered. Connecting more businesses than your tier covers may require an upgrade to post replies for those businesses.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
Review and approve all AI-generated replies before posting
Ensure your content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading
Not use the Service to post harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
You are solely responsible for all content posted using the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language
The output does not constitute professional advice
You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing
We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service
Circumvent any security or access controls
Use the Service to spam or manipulate reviews
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user content) remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or submit, but you grant us a limited licence to:

Provide features such as AI suggestions and analytics
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple). We are not responsible for:
Third-party services or their availability
Any actions taken by third-party platforms
Changes to third-party APIs or policies
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
The Service is discontinued
You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
