Welcome to PulseBridge ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). PulseBridge is operated by Pure Slate.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

PulseBridge allows users to connect their Google Business Profile and use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting and posting replies to reviews on supported platforms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You remain fully responsible for all content you publish.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Google Account Integration

To use certain features, you must connect your Google account. By doing so, you:

• Authorise us to access certain account data as permitted by Google's APIs
• Agree to comply with Google's applicable terms and policies
• Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google

We only access and use data necessary to provide the Service. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Review and approve all AI-generated replies before posting
• Ensure your content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading
• Not use the Service to post harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

You are solely responsible for all content posted using the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language
• The output does not constitute professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing

We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Service to spam or manipulate reviews in violation of Google's policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

PulseBridge offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
• In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user content) remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or submit, but you grant us a limited licence to operate and improve the Service and provide features such as AI suggestions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms including Google. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, any actions taken by third-party platforms, or changes to third-party APIs or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
