Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
The short version
- Plans are monthly. Cancel any time and you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
- If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll put it right.
- Bought in the iPhone or Android app? Refunds for those go through Apple or Google.
Who we are
Pulse Bridge is run by PureSlate Pty Ltd, Western Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" means PureSlate Pty Ltd.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
- Paid on our website: use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or Settings → Your plan → Manage or cancel in the web app.
- Paid in the iPhone app: cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Paid in the Android app: cancel in the Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions.
When you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
When we give refunds
For purchases made on our website, we will refund you in full if:
- you were charged after you had cancelled
- you were charged twice for the same thing
- Pulse Bridge didn't work for you because of a fault on our side and we couldn't fix it
- it's your first payment, you contact us within 7 days of it, and you're not happy with Pulse Bridge
Apart from these, we don't refund part-months. You keep using your plan until the month you've paid for ends.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you paid in the iPhone or Android app, including single replies (A$1.49), Apple or Google took the payment, and only they can refund it. Request a refund from:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: the Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
If they decline and you think it's our fault, email us and we'll help.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@getpulsebridge.com with the email address on your account, the date of the charge and what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with our service, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy as that law provides.
